Login problems

Locked out, or can't remember your password? Statesman Account Management (SAM) is our tool that can help you unlock your own account, or reset/change your password.
** SAM currently applies to computer, email, and Canvas logins. If you're having trouble with Banner, please contact your Learner Mentor or the Registrar's Office.


To access SAM, visit https://hub.rbc.edu or http://www.rbc.edu/my-rbc/stac/sam . You can also find SAM by visiting RBC.edu and searching for the keyword "SAM".
  • Press the "Unlock/Reset Password" button and follow the prompts to unlock your account or reset your password.
  • Press the "Login" button if you'd like to see information about your account. Here you can see when your current password expires and update it if needed. If you've forgotten your security questions, you can also find the link to update them here.
