How to Report IBM SPSS Software Issues

Please follow these steps to report IBM SPSS software issues:

• Submit a ticket via Service Desk or via email to: STAC@rbc.edu
• List the SPSS software module and version number where issue is occurring
• Include a detailed description of the issue
• A case will be created with SPSS support and you will be contacted directly by support
